Q: What time will my order arrive?
A: Please allow Intuition Kicks 48 hours to process all orders. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number via email which will advise the timeframe for your order's delivery.
Q: What is the timeframe for a return?
A: Our standard return timeframe is 30-days from the date of purchase with prior authorization to return issued from our customer care team. For more information please visit the Returns & Exchanges page.
Q: What are your methods of payment?
A: Intuition Kicks takes all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Affirm.
Q: What size would I be if I am a half size?
A: Intuition Kicks runs on standard European size scale of whole sizes. If you are a half size in the US or UK we recommend purchasing the size a half size larger than your standard size.
