Intuition Kicks offers free ground shipping on all orders.

UPS Standard Ground typically arrives in 3-7 business days. UPS Second Day typically arrives in 2 business days after leaving our warehouse. International shipping charges are detailed by country at checkout.

For US orders, we generally ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 12pm ET on weekdays will begin processing the following business day.

When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

When the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Intuition Kicks runs on standard European size scale of whole sizes. If you are a half size in the US or UK we recommend purchasing the size a half size larger than your standard size.

So, for example if you are a 7-7.5 we recommend a 37.

If you are not satisfied with your product, we would be happy to exchange unworn shoes for a different size or style of equal value.
