Shipping

We offer a flat rate of $11 on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unworn and in brand-new condition. A $15 processing fee is deducted from each refund, which is issued to the original form of payment.

Every pair is handcrafted in Italy, and its components cannot be individually replaced. Returns and exchanges must include both insoles, both laces, and the sneakers themselves. A return missing any of these is not eligible for a refund, and we can ship it back to you at your cost.

Please also return the original shoebox, dust bag, care card, and any spare laces. If these are missing or damaged, your return is still accepted and a deduction may be applied. Ship your return inside an outer box, and do not tape or label the shoebox itself.

We will always contact you before applying a deduction or declining a return.
